This is Elder Duricka cutting a recent convert's hair. Elder Duricka has no idea what he's doing. But it didn't turn ou that bad for having no idea what he's doing. 

Also, One of the bikes got a flat tire, and instead of fixing it, the other elders got ahold of some pegs and have been riding around like this for a few days. This was on the way home from Líder (Chilean Walmart) today.
